Alone I’m walking
Through the woods
Silently suffering
Like I should

Remembering only
Your gentle scent
Wishing our time
Had not been spent

Knowing that you
Will not take me back
The love of you
That I now lack

I miss your touch
Your loving kiss
My eyes shone brightly
Before all this

And as I walk
Through this land of woe
My heart still screams
“I miss you so”
