 I woke up to the sound of a scream. I looked over at Snowdrop and she was sweating and crying. I shook her and she looked at me with tears in her eyes. I pulled her close and whispered that everything was going to be alright, that it was only a nightmare. I pulled her away from me and looked at her face. Her eyes were red and puffy from crying and her face was red. I held her until she quit crying.

"Tell me what is wrong Snowdrop," I said. "Tell me what is bothering you."

After she told me about her dream I stood up for the sun has risen and the white men were moving.
