BANG!A little gate opens in front of me and I was off.This was my first race and I've never have seen this person even.I was galloping fast, but not fast enough.A sharp pain all of a suddin came on my back right quarter.That did not make me happy, now galloping faster then I have ever in my life I started to get to the front of the group.I won.


"Mom im going to school!"I yelled to my mom from down stairs.Before leaving my ranch's gates for the first time this week to school I gave a nice pat on my favorite cow's head (hamburger).I know kind of a mean name right?It was my five year old brother's idea (he was very hungry at the time).Most of the time I would walk with Timmy(my brother), but he has a cold.Finally leaving my gates, I started walking down my long dirt road that end at the main road.I always loved this road sense I was little. The trees havent changed one pit,huge and still bright green.Now I was on the main road after almost ten minutes.I got a werid feeling that someone was following me.Looking behind me I saw nothing."Just keep walking" I keep telling myself.I felt the feeling again, seeing something in the corner of my eye I turned quickly behing me again,nothing.I turned back around.Right in front of my face there was a mask.I blacked out.


After about my second race I didnt like it.In fact I never liked racing, I never got really loved by anyone.I was just a money maker. Always a different joky on my back I hated it.I always wanted a real owner.Someone opened my stall I stand up and there was a person,I think it was my owner.He walked closer and it was. He had a whip in his hand and he didnt look happy."Hello there no name" he said with a mean grin on his face "Thats right no one cares enough about you to even name you".Right then a sharp pain across my cheek bone, the same pain I had in my right quarter my first race.He started to yell now loud too "WHY DIDNT YOU WIN THE RACE THIS AFTERNOON!" another whip across my face "WHY!YOU LOST ME A LOT OF MONEY!YOU KNOW THAT!" again the same pain but this time in the barrel.He keeep going "DAM YOU HORSE!IM GOIN TO MAKE SHORE YOU GO TO THE RIGHT PLACE!".He hit me one last time in the barrel....I lost it I reared right over him to show him whos boss.He ran out of the stall yelling "GET ME A NEW HORSE!!!" then he walked up to the bars of my stall and wispered to me "if you thought this is hell,i'm goin to send you to my friends barn,he'll make shore you willn't do any shit like that around me anymore".Frankly I was excited, I'm going to a new barn. I was dreaming about doing that,but at the same time scared.It was my x owner's friend's barn.I hope he was nice.


I woke up on the main road looking up at my childhood trees that I always loved.Everything was blary and the world felt like it was turning very fast.I heard my name getting called by a boy "Jerry,Jerry wake up!".
I woke up and I saw my friend Blake with a mask in his hand.Playfully I yelled "Blake that was you!"he answered "yea who esle would it be" again I yelled "you jerk!" and I chased him down to the school.
