Entrepreneurs Motivational Speech

 

Business can be hard, Heck, life can be hard.

 

We’re all on a journey, and we’ve all been down in the dumps before, wondering if what we’re doing is really worth it. Wondering if what we’re doing is really making an impact. But, its important that we’re always moving forward. This is a lesson that I learned early in life.

 

I remember I was around 16/17 years old, and I’m on my first job hunt or interview, I knew how to dress, how to sit and how to respond to a question asked; but some how defeat still lyes on the same bench beside me, did I let that stop me, no, I push through, I got the job and I started working at an young stage in life. After that I was so glad and confident, I kept moving forward with no hesitation in looking back, and that I never gave up.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My Motivational Perspective

 

Don’t let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.

 

Meaning: You may lack motivation for something, because there are some things you may not understand. However, don’t focus on what you can’t do, take a look at what you can do and you’ll learn more as you go.

 

Successful and Unsuccessful people do not vary greatly in their abilities. They vary in their desires to reach their potential.

 

Meaning: Knowing and believing in your own potential can be part of your journey to being successful. If you start to believe in yourself and what you can do more, you can become more motivated to prove yourself. When you think you can’t reach your potential, you may not even try.

 

Strive for progress, not perfection.

 

Meaning: No one can be perfect all the time, and progress is the only way that you can improve. Try and progress with your work and keep going even if you make mistakes.

 

There are no shortcuts to any place worth going.

 

Meaning: Hard work is exactly that hard. Success is not easy, so work hard and you should start to see amazing results.

 

 

Failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently.

 

Meaning: Failures and Mistakes often stop people from carrying on. However, mistakes offer you lessons and opportunities to improve, so keep going.

 

You’ve got to get up every morning with determination if you’re going to bed with satisfaction.

 

Meaning: In order to succeed you need to work hard and stay motivated. Starting your day feeling determined can help you work throughout the day and achieve your goal.

 

 

 

 

Belief

 

The Elephant Rope

 

A gentleman was walking through an elephant camp, and he spotted that the elephants weren’t being kept in cages or held by use of chains.

 

All that was holding them back from escaping the camp, was a small piece of rope tied to one of their legs.

As the man gazed upon the elephants, he was completely confused as to why the elephants didn’t just use their strenght to break the ropeand escape the camp. They could easily have done so, but

Curious and wanting to know the answer, he asked a trainer nearby why the elephants were just standing there and never tried to escape.

 

The Trainer Replied;

 

“When they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, its enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free”.

 

The only reason that the elephants weren’t breaking free and escaping from the camp was that over time they adopted the belief that it just wasn’t possible.

 

Moral of the Story

 

No matter how much the world tries to hold you back, always continue with the belief that what you want to achieve is possible. Believing you can become successful is the most important step in actually achieving it.

Being Different is best, because you’re the only one who actually stands out the best. Having a different image, different flaw with a different mindset, brings a new lifestyle that’s totally different.

 

No ones perfect, you will make mistakes. You have your own issues to deal with, including trust issues. You might build your wall so high, you never think of breaking it down, but trust that one day someone great will come along and shatter that tall unbreakable wall, piece by piece.

 

Through every dark night, there is a brighter day. Don’t be afraid of losing persons, be more afraid of losing yourself in the process trying to please everyone. When you have a huge heart, and keep adding a lot of persons who tends to keep sucking that little redness out, let them go. Don’t loose you by sustaining them.

 

Whenever God means to make a man great, he always breaks him in pieces first. Let that enlighten you, because when things seem broken and you can’t fix it, the lord is in the midst to make you greater.

 

Some people thinks that to be strong is to never feel pain. In reality, the strongest people are the ones who feel it, understands it, accept it, and learn from it. I might not say much, but I sure listen to what is being said.

 

An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backwards. It’s the same process in which life works. When life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means its going to launch you into something great. So just focus, and keep aiming.

Never be a victim of the mind. It’s filled with a lot of dangerous ideas which can lead you a stray, it might come in many forms, but don’t be trapped by a mare dilusion. Be careful what you think. Our mind is our own little cellar waiting to trap it’s prey.

 

 

 

 

 

NEVER LOWER YOUR STANDARDS TO MEET SOMEONES EXPECTATION

 

Lifes too short to keep lagging behind. Theres a saying that “You only have one life to live, live it the best you can”, but that’s wrong, you have today, tomorrow, and a lot more, but the truth is once you die, you only die once, no second chance, lifes too precious to think about it one way. Theres a million route to bring you to one destination. Trust the lord, he gives second chances, he listens, but are you willing to give in return.

 

APPRECIATE LIFE AND WHAT IT OFFERS. NOTHING LAST FOREVER, BUT MEMORIES SURPASS AND LEAVES SCARS

Opening Up

 

The fear of opening up to someone has always been the challenge I face. I tend to put others needs over mine, and accept the foolishness they lay out for me, for what? Likes I guess. Sometimes I sit and cry wondering, why? Why must my life have to be so sad at times, why must I encounter some persons on this path called life, who only seeks to tear my wall of happiness so it comes crashing down. Why? Having someone who shares and expect the same as you, is it so hard to find. In a time like this rareness is one thing that’s hard to find. Some will pretend, some will be real but the truth is which one will you meet. Something broken is whats left, I say. A body marked with unconventional marks I called scars. Why? Why lie, about something that will leave a hurt on a soul, why tearing down someone who’s self-esteem is barely surviving. Sometimes I wish I just wish, that the knife I have would just automatically end up in a fragile body which is mine, Why I said it, I’m just finishing something you started.

I accept the crap I’ve been through, but atleast for once please, can’t I get a break and feel something real, I’m tired, my eyes are bleeding, my piece of shit heart is broken but still beats inside. Sometimes I may write like its my last time, but sometimes I just wish it was. I hate myself, I hate my life, it might seem unappreciated, yes!, but I really do.

It just seems like I need to build back that anti-social landscape back around my life.
